Flip for break + Winner Breaks + Rack your Own + Call the 9 - if 9 falls in wp, no loss of turn - spot & continue turn + No Pattern Racking + No 3 foul + 9 on the Snap does not Count - if 9 falls on break, it Spots Immediately + Push/jump are allowed
