  • Online registration deadline Friday 5/14/26 @ 6PM

  • Late registrations after 5/8/26 will be $125 - no refunds, no exceptions.

  • Please NOTE: Your entry is not guaranteed until your fee is paid.

  • Cash has to be paid by Friday 5/15/26 10pm and you MUST let us know that is your plan to avoid late fee and save your spot!!! IF you no show you will not be allowed to do so again.

  • Mandatory Digital Pool LIVE Scoring: Report to table within 5 minutes when text is received. We are committed to providing an amazing event.

FULL ITINERARY

  • Friday Warm-Up Tourney

    • $20 Entry + Side Pots + 1 Bracket + Race to 3/3 + 64 Players

    • Register: 5:30PM + Play: 7:00PM

  • Main Event Saturday

    • MANDATORY Player’s Meeting: 10AM - You must be present when your name is called or you will not play. High side first, by first name.

  • Main Event Sunday

    • Final 32 Player’s Meeting: 10AM + Play Resumes

      • Natural Born Women’s Tour Stop - All Natural Born Women Welcome

        • $75 entry inc GF + SL may vary from main event + race to skill level + 1 Bracket + Double Elimination

        • Register Online, or in person before 10AM Sunday

        • MANDATORY Player’s Meeting and photo after Final 32 + Play immediately after.

  • Sunday 2nd Chance Tourney

    • $20 Entry + Side Pots + 64 Players + 1 Lower SL + Single Bracket + Winner Breaks + Double Elimination

    • Register before 2PM Sunday - you may also register Saturday, if needed

  • Handicaps may differ from main split bracket: Ratings 3+2-14

TOURNAMENT RULES

Flip for break + Winner Breaks + Rack your Own + Call the 9 - if 9 falls in wp, no loss of turn - spot & continue turn + No Pattern Racking +2Ball in the Back + No 3 foul + 9 on the Snap does not Count - if 9 falls on break, it Spots Immediately + Push/jump are allowed + Report poor Sportsmanship +Unscrewing a cue during opponents shot is a forfeit + Players are the only ones able to report+
